COFFEE BASE NASHINOKI is a cafe located in the grounds of Nashiki Shrine on the east side of Kyoto Gyoen, and opened in August 2022. The old Shunkongden, which was originally a tea room, has been renovated, and the space combines traditional Japanese-style architecture with modern designs. Here you can enjoy a special coffee made with Somei Water, one of Kyoto's three famous waters. In a quiet and calm atmosphere, you can experience Kyoto's history and culture while enjoying carefully selected coffee and Japanese sweets.
