This shop sells rice flour bagels and baked goods that are free of wheat flour and refined sugar, and all products are gluten-free (vegan options available). We use organic rice flour for our baked goods, organic soy milk for our soy milk, free-range eggs raised on carefully selected feed, mineral-rich brown sugar for our sugar, and Hakojima Yusui water, one of the 100 famous water sources in Japan. We are particular about the ingredients we use. We sell chewy bagels and other baked goods with a moderate sweetness. Even if you don't have allergies, please enjoy our healthy bagels and baked goods.
