Imawo, a traditional Japanese house space, is a small complex that was renovated by everyone using items they no longer needed. Based on the concept of "Inspiring the future from traditional Japanese houses," the space offers a vegan cafe with a background in the environment, resources, and animal welfare, as well as a general store that specializes in upcycling, a method of giving new value to unwanted items. We have created a space that is exciting, so that people can first learn about social issues in a fun way. The Rotating Café Vegetable Plate is a vegan plate that is fun to eat and look at, filled with a variety of "looks," from egg-like to meat-like.
