Local fish restaurant Unagi Maruichi

The carefully prepared menu, which uses plenty of locally produced ingredients, is very popular with tourists! Maruichi's proud "Eel & Chita Hitsumabushi" is made by marinating rare parts of Chita in eel sauce and grilling them until tender. Furthermore, all of the dishes on which the food is served are made from unique Tokoname ware, each one different from the others. Next to the store is a small paper goods shop called "Petit Gallery Marugoya."
