Fresh seasonal ingredients from their own garden are used in their seasonal bagels and lunches, allowing you to experience the four seasons of the Chita Peninsula that can only be enjoyed in that season. Furthermore, firebricks originally used in the Tokoname ware kiln, one of Japan's six ancient kilns, are used extensively both inside and outside the store.
