Daimonya Noriyoshi

Aichi Prefecture is the top producer of figs in Japan. Tokoname City is the third largest production area after Anjo City and Hekinan City. At Daimonya Noriyoshi, a traditional Japanese confectionery shop in the city, artisans have transformed these locally grown figs into jam. This jam, with its delightful rich sweetness, is delicious not only with bread and yogurt, but also with meat dishes such as pork sauté. Other Japanese sweets are also available in-store.
