We produce over 200 different kinds of sweets every year, but among them, Kinchoen Manju has long been loved as a representative local confection of Gifu Prefecture. Made with plenty of groundwater from Ogaki, the "City of Water," the bean paste is prepared using a unique method to create a sake-based dough, and the steamed buns continue to captivate people with their light sweetness and subtle aroma of sake.
