Sushisakaba Minami

This izakaya is located near Chichibugahama Beach, a popular spot for stunning views in Kagawa Prefecture. It was opened in 2023 by a local chef. They serve sushi made with a variety of ingredients from the local Seto Inland Sea, and their popular dishes include the hearty "gout roll" and conger eel, which allow you to enjoy fish eggs and the daily changing ingredient all at once. Before it became an izakaya, this place was a tofu shop, so you can also enjoy their special tofu.
