In the calm and warm atmosphere of a 115-year-old traditional house, you can enjoy delicious, healthy food. You can spend a satisfying time here. We use as many organic and pesticide-free vegetables as possible from Chita Peninsula and the surrounding area, and mainly use homemade fermented seasonings (salt koji, sweet sake, tamari soy sauce koji, onion koji, etc.). We offer a fermented lunch course that includes dishes made with traditional seasonings and desserts. We sell organic and additive-free ingredients by weight in our store, so please bring empty bottles or other containers and enjoy your shopping. Please make a reservation before visiting.
