I'm a community-reactivating cooperator squad working to promote tourism in Iizuna Town. Iizuna Town is located in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, with comfortable summers and snow in the winter. It's a small town with a population of about 10,000, 30 minutes by car from Nagano Station. It's a two-hour drive from Tokyo Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen, or a three-hour drive, making it the perfect rural town for a day trip. Agriculture is very thriving here, and in fact it's said that one in every 100 apples sold nationwide is produced in Iizuna Town. There are many events hosted by townspeople and immigrants, and the town is very lively all year round.
