The ``Dream Night Festival'' is held in Odaiba and Marunouchi, Tokyo every year in early November. The ``Dream Yosakoi Festival'', which is in its 22nd year this year, is one of the largest in scale and quality in Tokyo, attracting approximately 5,000 dancers from all over the country. The festival attracted approximately 1.1 million visitors in 2019, and is proud to have been held not only in Japan but also in countries around the world. This time, we will be collaborating for the first time with the "Japan Mobility Show 2023" (sponsored by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association), which will be held at the same time, and will incorporate the traditional Japanese Yosakoi Naruko dance and the latest cultural experience (Vtuber). Free viewing and the first high-value-added ``Platinum seats'' in Tokyo, mainly for inbound tourists, will be newly established. Additionally, as a remote viewing experience from all over the world, we will be offering YouTube live streaming and the ``Metaverse VR 360° Special Seat,'' a remote viewing experience that utilizes the latest VR technology. While meeting the diverse needs of viewing in real and virtual spaces, we will ensure a safe and secure viewing format that avoids unnecessary crowding for teams, spectators, and visitors. Furthermore, based on the concept of ``Going 10 steps ahead of Tokyo's festivals,'' we will also work to spread awareness of the ``SDGs'' such as the Orange Ribbon Campaign to Prevent Child Abuse. We aim to create a festival that not only creates excitement in the local area, but also takes on pressing social issues and is worthy of the face of Tokyo, contributing to a sustainable society.
