Saijo City in Ehime Prefecture is home to Mt. Ishizuchi, the highest peak in western Japan, and where clear water gushes out from artesian wells called "Uchinuki." ITOMACHI HOTEL 0 is Japan's first zero-energy hotel built in Saijo, known as the City of Water. Just as a variety of human activities have been born from access to water and the blessings of nature, the hotel will create a new cycle by practicing environmental initiatives starting with zero energy, and we will share the richness of Saijo and, by extension, Ehime.
