Saijo City in Ehime Prefecture is home to Mt. Ishizuchi, the highest peak in western Japan, and where clear water gushes out from artesian wells called "Uchinuki." ITOMACHI HOTEL 0 is Japan's first zero-energy hotel built in Saijo, known as the City of Water.
