3rd Generation Nabe Taro

In 2018, Yamagata's biggest autumn event, "Japan's Best Imonikai Festival," was recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records for having "the most soup served in eight hours." Imoni is a taste that represents autumn in Yamagata, where taro, beef, konnyaku, and green onions are boldly cooked in a pot. A large pot with a diameter of 6.5m, "Nabetaro III", which cooks more than 30,000 meals, is displayed along the riverbed of the Mamigasaki River.
