Aiming for quality in an old town with limited production, in the 1970s, we completely abolished the use of sugars and seasonings and sold in tubs, and after that, direct sales became the mainstay. In the first place, our sake has a rich taste, and when it is new, it has a rough taste, so it needs to be aged for a long time until it becomes mellow. Establishing this style, we are a store specializing in aged aged sake that has been stored for several years, using only local Hida-produced rice suitable for sake brewing.
