Otomo Bakery's long-selling milk bread is a popular and delicious bread that uses only the highest quality ingredients without changing the wheat mix or manufacturing method. This milk bread is also used in the cream box (150 yen), and it goes perfectly with the mildly sweet milk cream placed on top of the bread. We also have Rakuo cafe au lait flavors and limited time cream boxes (strawberry, cherry blossom mochi, Setouchi lemon, Mont Blanc, sweet potato, pumpkin, etc.).
