At the observation restaurant on the 11th floor, which overlooks the horizon of the Pacific Ocean, you can enjoy a variety of Tosa flavors, both Japanese and Western, created with the skill and heart of our chefs using fresh ingredients from each season. Enjoy beautifully tasting dinners, kaiseki meals that let you taste the season's ingredients, eggplant dishes that are a specialty of Aki, boasting the highest production volume in Japan, and hearty sawachi dishes and bonito tataki(seared bonito) that allow you to taste the traditions of Tosa.
