Hirokoji Denden

Izakaya run directly by Yamasa Chikuwa, a Toyohashi specialty. You can enjoy creative dishes using minced fish, oden made with a unique blend of dashi, seasonal sashimi, and East Mikawa specialties. Our specialty "nigiri chikuwa," which has been featured in many media outlets, is made by customers from raw minced fish and grilled, and can be enjoyed fresh. (Reservations are recommended.) We also have a selection of sake and shochu from Aichi Prefecture and throughout Japan. Come and enjoy Toyohashi.
