In the restaurant on the second floor, overlooking the Naruto Strait and the Onaruto Bridge, you can enjoy Uzunoya's specialty [Tai-don] with its special sauce. Tokushima ramen is a pork bone-based soy sauce flavored ramen topped with pork belly, also known as sukiyaki ramen. Once you try it, you won't be able to stop. We also offer fried Awaodori chicken, a local chicken from Tokushima. In the shop on the first floor, we have a wide selection of sweets made with [Aoba wakame] and Naruto kintoki, which are grown and harvested directly under the Onaruto Bridge. We also have a demonstration and sale of freshly baked [Takechikuwa], a Tokushima specialty. Please give it a try.
