Our shop is located in Naruto, Tokushima Prefecture, and uses local ingredients such as Naruto Kintoki, Naruto Wakame, and Sudachi, and is committed to local production and consumption, continuing to promote our gelato throughout the country. Sweets can sometimes make you feel guilty, but we strive to use ingredients that are healthy for your body, and we do not use any preservatives or colorings. We also try to keep additives to a minimum. We also offer original coffee that matches the flavor of our gelato, as well as our homemade red shiso ginger ale. The interior of the store is mainly decorated with wood, and is also decorated with indigo-dyed tapestries, noren curtains, and Otani ware coffee cups, and is filled with love for Tokushima.
