Tutsujigaoka Park

This is a spot where 10,000 azaleas of 70 varieties bloom. There are rare varieties that can only be seen here, such as an 800-year-old azalea and a space azalea grown from a seed of an azalea that flew into space with the space shuttle. The park is located in Hanayama-cho, and as the name (flowers and mountains) suggests, you can enjoy azaleas, as well as cherry blossoms and lotus flowers throughout the year.
