Fuji Hill

"Fuji no Saku Oka" is a park themed around wisteria, the flower of Fujioka City. The park has a 350m long wisteria trellis, where you can enjoy the wisteria flowers while being enveloped in the sweet fragrance of wisteria. In addition to the wisteria trellis, there is also a wisteria sample garden. 45 types of wisteria are planted, and you can enjoy the flowers in a variety of colors and shapes, including deep purple and pale pink. In addition, there is a permanent exhibition hall in the Fujifureikan, which introduces wisteria from three main perspectives: visual, analytical, and trivia. There are also large panel photos of wisteria, so you can see what the garden is like even in the off-season.
