Located at the entrance to Yanagibashi Market at Nagoya Station, you can enjoy not only sushi, but also sake, snacks, and tempura made with seasonal ingredients. "When you step inside our store, away from the hustle and bustle of the bustling market, we hope you'll find a relaxing place to end your day." With this in mind, we have put a lot of effort into creating the space. Please feel free to come and enjoy our proud dishes. The sushi rice at our restaurant is called "Aka shari" and is served with slightly reddish Aka rice. The Aka we use is high quality and made only from sake lees that have been aged for three years. It adds a little sweetness to it. We have also received comments from customers saying, "I just want to eat the rice." Along with the seasonal ingredients, be sure to enjoy the deliciousness of the sushi rice.
