Ishigado Ancient Village Campsite

Ishigadō in Mori Ward, Yabu City, is a place full of ancient romance, where cave ritual sites, Jomon period pottery, and stone tools have been discovered. The campsite is equipped with one elevated warehouse for overnight stays, eight tent sites, a cooking facility, and toilets. Water activities and river activities are also available nearby. You can also participate in ancient crafts such as making magatama beads, clay flutes, and bamboo dragonflies (reservations required, for overnight guests only). This log house, with its soothing woody scent, is packed with features designed for comfortable stays with family and friends.
