Harimaya Bridge

Harimaya Bridge is a bridge built during the Edo period for merchants to travel between cities. It is also known as the setting for the love story between the monk Junshin and Uma, who appear in the Yosakoi folk song, and is one of Kochi's most representative tourist attractions. Currently, the vermilion-painted bridge has been developed into a park, where visitors can enjoy taking commemorative photos with the streetcars passing by in the background.
