It was launched immediately after the war by the first generation, Mr. Hitoshi Masutani. Currently, under the production of Mr. Koji Masutani, who is the third generation owner, we are actively developing not only kitchen knives but also new products such as steak knives and chocolate knives. In 2013, the Japanese representative used Ryusen cutlery at the cooking competition "Bocuse d'Or" held in France, and it suddenly became famous. In 2019, we opened a factory and store, allowing you to see, touch and feel the appeal of our products more closely. Echizen Japanese paper and Echizen chest of drawers are used in the interior of the store. Trial cutting of kitchen knives and regular workshops are also held.
