Reservations are required by the day before. This is a restaurant in an old private house built over 130 years ago, where you can enjoy local cuisine and local sake in a relaxing space. You can eat ``matsuri gozen'' and ``small festival gozen,'' which were served as hospitality dishes during summer festivals in this area. This dish goes well with local sake (sake) made from the delicious water at the foot of the Northern Alps.
