Asada (private tatami room) / Ihei (table and counter seats)

The essence of Kaga cuisine is conveyed to the five senses not only through the taste but also through the tableware. Founded in 1659 as "Nagoya Asada / JR Central Towers 12th floor" for the Kaga Domain's baggage business, the restaurant opened in 1867 as a traveler's inn "Asada". Fresh fish and vegetables, as well as water and buckwheat flour, are delivered directly from Kanazawa. Located above Nagoya Station, it is a convenient location for transportation, yet a relaxing place where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city. We have two concepts: Asada, where you can relax in a private room with tatami mats, and Ihei, where you can enjoy casual dining at table seats or counter seats. Please use it for a wide range of occasions according to your needs. We opened in 2004 and will celebrate our 20th anniversary in 2024. We hope for your continued patronage.
