The pork intestines are boiled for two days and then slowly simmered in five types of miso, resulting in a rich, melt-in-your-mouth dish. This restaurant was originally a chicken shop and catering shop that was renovated and is now a very popular izakaya with local customers, serving a menu centered around local fish in the evenings!
