Maruoka History and Ethnology Museum

A history and folklore museum located in Kasumigajo Park. Weapons, ancient documents, and materials related to successive castle lords are on display. It was opened within the old castle grounds in 1977 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the construction of Maruoka Castle. The permanent exhibition room displays items such as weapons, furniture, hanging scrolls, and ancient documents related to the successive lords of the castle from the Honda and Arima clans. With a common ticket, you can visit Maruoka Castle, an important cultural property.
