30th Anniversary Restaurant Project "Happy Kizuna Beef" All-You-Can-Eat

Restaurant Grand Cinq, where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes in buffet style, has been the main dining area of ​​this community-based hotel for 30 years, and has grown to where it is today thanks to the support of the local community.

To commemorate our 30th anniversary and to show our appreciation for your continued patronage, we will be offering an all-you-can-eat teppanyaki steak made from Chiba Prefecture 's brand of beef, "Shiawase Kizuna Beef," in addition to our regular menu during dinner time.
The offer will be available on July 1st, our opening anniversary, the 30th of each month in commemoration of our 30th anniversary, and during the Obon period from August 9th to 17th so that families can come together.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the restaurant's opening, our head chef personally visited the Iwabuchi Livestock Co., Ltd. farm in Asahi City , Chiba Chiba Prefecture , with the desire to once again convey the charms of Chiba Prefecture , known as the birthplace of dairy farming. We selected "Happy Kizuna Beef" as an ingredient suitable for a special menu that will deepen the "bonds" between customers around the table. Please enjoy this exquisite dish, which combines the right amount of sweetness of the marbled meat with the tenderness of the red meat, to your heart's content.

What is "Happy Kizuna Beef"?

This beef is a cross between the Japanese Black Wagyu, a native breed of beef, and the Holstein breed, which is the most widely raised breed in the world. The cattle are raised on a special feed called "Shiawase no Furikake," a unique mix of grains such as corn and soybeans, Chinese herbs, and vitamin E. The meat of these cattle, raised in an environment with as little stress as possible, is tender and has a delicious flavor that combines fat and lean meat. The brand name was chosen with the hope that eating delicious beef will deepen family bonds.

Founded in 2002, this is a group of cattle producers, mainly in Chiba Prefecture , to which Iwabuchi Livestock Co., Ltd. belongs. They produce branded cattle such as "Shiawase Kizuna Beef" and continue various activities to deliver safe and secure beef to consumers. Since 2019, they have provided beef as the official beef supplier to the professional basketball team " Chiba Jets" based in Funabashi City , Chiba Prefecture . They also actively contribute to the local community by holding food education classes at Narashino High School, one of the prefecture's leading sports schools.
