A friendly restaurant close to Shinjuku Station!

SHINJYUKU TEI has several locations, but this time I visited the Shibuya branch. It's conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Shibuya Station. The first thing that surprised me when I arrived was the warm atmosphere. Apparently, the restaurant was opened with the desire to "allow Muslims to enjoy Japanese cuisine with peace of mind." The interior was very clean, and the stylish decorations that evoked Japanese tradition were lovely. And what's even more pleasing is that it's a 100% Halal-certified restaurant! This means that my Muslim friends can enjoy their meals with complete peace of mind.

I was impressed by the melt-in-the-mouth Wagyu beef ramen and seared Wagyu beef sushi!

This time I ordered the restaurant's pride and joy, the Halal Wagyu Beef Ramen . The moment it was brought to me, the delicious aroma of the soup spread throughout the air, whetting my appetite. When I took a sip of the soup, I was struck by the rich flavor of the soy sauce, which was packed into the dish. Of course, the soy sauce they use is Halal-certified.

And the main dish, Wagyu beef, was so tender it melted in my mouth the moment I put it in my mouth, I was blown away!

The seared Wagyu beef sushi I ordered with the ramen was also excellent. It was seared right in front of me over a burner, so it was a feast for all five senses. The combination of the fragrant aroma and juicy Wagyu beef was fantastic, and it went perfectly with the ramen.

The fried chicken that came with the set was also excellent. The batter was super crispy and the meat was juicy, so I would definitely come back just for that.

Halal ramen that will impress even the most discerning Japanese palate

Recently, the number of halal ramen restaurants has been increasing, but the taste is often not as good as regular ramen restaurants in Japan. Of course, there are restrictions on the ingredients that can be used, and it can be difficult to create an authentic taste. However, even in such a situation, SHINJYUKU TEI offers ramen that will satisfy not only Muslims but also Japanese people.

A prayer room in a ramen shop?! I'm pleased with the thoughtfulness.

What I found particularly wonderful was that the restaurant had a prayer room. What's more, it even had a foot washing area for wudu, and I was really impressed by this thoughtful attention to detail. I think it's really rare to find a ramen restaurant in Japan that is so considerate to Muslims.

Not only was the food delicious, but the restaurant's atmosphere, the warm hospitality of the staff, and above all, the sincere welcome shown to Muslim customers made it a truly wonderful time.
