Sky Deck

If you come to Centrair, the first place you should stop by is the Sky Deck. It's only about 300m away from the runway! There is no other observation deck in Japan that lets you get so close to the runway. The moment when an airplane takes off or lands right in front of you is spectacular! Some people even come to watch rare aircraft with a flight radar app on their smartphone that shows the flight status of the aircraft. Not only airplanes, but also maintenance vehicles and mechanics working swiftly, there are many other views that can only be seen here. Be sure to come to the Sky Deck, where you can always find new discoveries and excitement, with a variety of aircraft and the scenery that changes from morning to night♪

An ultra-rare aircraft with only four in the world! The Dreamlifter can only be seen at Centrair Airport in Japan.

When you visit the Sky Deck at Centrair Airport, you will see a huge jumbo jet that catches your eye. This is a Boeing 747LCF, nicknamed the "DREAM LIFTER," which means an aircraft that carries dreams! This is a special aircraft designed to transport large parts for airplanes. The Dreamlifter only goes to selected locations in Italy and the United States, so the chance to see it is extremely rare. Centrair is the only place in Japan where you can see this rare aircraft up close! The moment the Dreamlifter arrives at the airport is an irresistible moment for aviation fans! SOLA SPA Kazenoyu

"Fu no Yu" is Japan's first observation bath where you can watch planes. From the open observation bath and outdoor deck, you can get a panoramic view of the spot where planes are parked! Relax and unwind while watching the impressive planes take off and land and the sunset over Ise Bay.

What is Nagoya Meshi?

Dishes such as misokatsu, chicken wings, and hitsumabushi are unique to the area and have been widely accepted and loved in Nagoya and its suburbs, and are widely eaten at home and in restaurants. In the future, if these dishes become popular and widely accepted in many restaurants in the area, they may become the new "Nagoya Meshi." This is something that will be nurtured by everyone who loves "Nagoya Meshi."

"Sample Workshop" is a shop that continues to create realistic and beautiful food samples that whet the appetite, by handcrafting each item with great care. The various types of food samples, large and small, that are lined up in the store can be purchased as souvenirs. In addition, the "Spilled Cup Ice Food Sample Making Experience," an exclusive experience only available at the Centrair store, is also very popular! If you come to the store, you can experience it without making a reservation ♪ Create a unique sample with your own hands that can be used as an item to surprise people who meet you for the first time, or as a smartphone stand!

Only at Centrair in the world?! A turntable with rotating food replicas! If you are using a domestic flight, be sure to check out the turntable at the domestic baggage claim area on the second floor of Terminal 1! There, food replicas with designs exclusive to Centrair rotate along with your checked baggage. These gorgeously designed food replicas, which can only be seen here in the world, are sure to look great in photos and videos♪ *The domestic baggage claim turntable is usually off-limits. Flight of Dreams

"Flight of Dreams," a commercial complex adjacent to Terminal 2, is a dreamlike spot for aviation fans! The exhibits, centered around the first Boeing 787, are spectacular, and you can get a close-up look at its sophisticated appearance and the evolution of aviation technology. "Flight Park" on the first floor has an "Exhibition Area" where you can learn about aviation through videos and information panels, and a "Kids Area" (for children aged 0 to 12 years old) where children can experience the power of an actual airplane up close and play with the playground equipment. "LUXURY FLIGHT," also on the first floor, has a wide variety of products, from Boeing goods imported directly from Seattle to airplane-related toys! Reservations are given priority, but you can also experience a flight simulator in a great location with an actual airplane right in front of you♪ There's no doubt that future pilots will be fascinated by the impressive exhibits and exciting playground equipment and experiences!
