Nakayama Women's Junior College, a popular comedian from Yoshimoto Kogyo, has been working to solve the problems of abandoned farmland and labor shortages in the Kitou yuzu fields in the Kitou area of Naka town, Tokushima prefecture.
As a result of this initiative, a collaborative product for revitalizing the Naruto City community, "Mizu to Rice to Kitou Yuzu Sake," has been created using yuzu harvested by Nakayama Women's Junior College and the popular sake "Junmai Genshu Mizu to Rice" from Honke Matsuura Sake Brewery in Naruto City!
This product uses only the juice of the Kitou Yuzu and "Junmai Genshu Mizu to Rice", and is blended in a balanced way to bring out the maximum flavor of the yuzu.

This brewery has a history of over 200 years in producing sake, with "Naruto Tai" being its signature product.
