Sumida Park, which stretches along both banks of the Sumida River, has been a famous cherry blossom viewing spot since the Edo period.
The collaboration between this famous cherry blossom spot and one of the landmarks , TOKYO SKYTREE, is sure to be a photogenic combination.

Mimosa × Early-blooming cherry blossoms

Kuramae Shrine

The second is the combination of mimosa and early-blooming cherry blossoms. At Kuramae Shrine, you can enjoy the combination of mimosa , which is characterized by its small, round yellow flowers, and bright pink early-blooming cherry blossoms !

Because they bloom early, the best time to see them is a little earlier than usual, from around late February, when they decorate the grounds of Kuramae Shrine. Although it is still a little chilly, you can feel the arrival of spring by looking at the vibrant flowers.

Hanazono Shrine, which has been in existence since the Edo period, is located near the busy Shinjuku district and is popular among people as a power spot in the city.
The shrine is also famous for the Tori no Ichi festival held every November.
