It has been several years since we started the ``Anniversary Concierge Plan'' where our Anniversary Concierge supports celebrations. For those who want cake, bouquets, champagne, and room decorations, which can be said to be the basics of celebration, we want to give something a surprise. On the other hand, is there anything other than such commonplace things? I would like to suggest something to customers who say this.

In order to respond to the various celebrations of a variety of customers, the Anniversary Concierge is based on the initiatives of group inns, which are also anniversary inns, so that guests can say, ``It's my first time! I'm happy! It's interesting.'' We are constantly thinking of new ways to celebrate with our staff, gathering information about celebrations on social media, and taking notes of ideas that come to mind. I would like to introduce some actual examples of such celebrations.

It was the hospitality that particularly left an impression on me during this year's anniversary concierge plan. This is an important trip for a grandmother, mother, and grandchild. I was worried that it would be different to congratulate a customer with a cake and a bouquet of flowers and celebrate an ``extraordinary'' time with a customer who wanted to create wonderful memories for three generations, who wanted to create ``precious everyday memories.'' My idea of ​​hospitality is to provide joy while having a fun time. So, I started thinking about how to decorate the room.

“Otomarikinen” garland and towel cake. With garland, you can make your own garland to match your customers' mood with just a computer, cardboard, and ribbon. Also, although towel cake is not uncommon, this one was also made by Anniversary Concierge. I made it in boyish blue after seeing images of towel cakes on social media. We also believe that children and women will want plenty of bath towels during their stay. Our guests enjoyed their stay very much thanks to the attentive care provided by the staff.

This anniversary concierge plan is in response to requests for hospitality for children. This is an idea from Aya Koyo, a group inn in Mie Prefecture. At Koyo, we include more children's names and cute illustrations, but since Genji-koh is located on the ocean front, we were more conscious of the size of the boat. The decorations on the boat are decorated in blue and white to evoke the image of the sea and water spray, with illustrations of big catch flags and fish being interspersed. They seemed very happy, and when I looked into their room after leaving, all the sweets were completely gone.

This is a message that the kitchen anniversary concierge at the time playfully wrote, saying, ``Wouldn't it be fun to have a message in a place like this?'' He deftly smoothed it with butter that he squeezed out into thin pieces. I still remember the surprise and joy on the faces of the customers as they took their seats. By the way, after this, we spread the butter on the meat dishes and enjoyed the delicious meat.

This photo was taken when posting a PR video for Genji-koh on our group's ryokan's Instagram account " Kinenbi_web ." If you have the chance, do something you'd like to try at least once but don't usually get to do! I made Masu Tower. The photo shows me adjusting the angle for practice, but after this, I poured a sho bottle of sake into 16, 7, 4, and 1 items, for a total of 28 items.
