Target audience

Persons with foreign passports (foreign travelers visiting Okayama Prefecture for sightseeing purposes) 5. Discount amount (per vehicle) Capacity

Discount amount (per unit)

Vehicles with a seating capacity of 5 or less: 3,000 yen (per vehicle)

Vehicles with a seating capacity of 6 or more: 5,000 yen (per vehicle)

*Applicable only to reservations where payment is made on the day at the rental car office (advance payment and travel product coupons are not applicable)

Basic requirements

① The rental car must be rented and returned from an office within Okayama Prefecture.

② Stay at a lodging facility in Okayama Prefecture for at least one night *Discounts do not apply if you stay at the home of a relative, acquaintance, friend, etc.

② After confirming the contents, the Okayama Prefecture Tourism Federation will notify you of a reception completion email with the reception number *Notification (email) that applications that do not meet the requirements will not be eligible.

Borrowing procedure

① Present the reception completion email at the rental car office where you made the reservation, and also present your driver's license and passport.

② Pay the amount discounted by 3,000 yen or 5,000 yen from the amount at the time of reservation (*See discount amount)

Notes

① Applies only to reservations made with local payment at rental car offices (other payment methods are not applicable)

②When making a reservation, the regular price will be displayed on each rental car company's website or reservation site.

③If you are returning the vehicle within Okayama Prefecture, you can drop it off. (Please contact each rental car company for rates)

④If you return the product at a store outside of Okayama Prefecture, you will not be eligible for this campaign.

⑤Coupons for travel products cannot be used.

⑥If the rental car fee is less than the subsidy amount, the actual amount will be subsidized.

⑦Can be used in conjunction with transportation subsidies from other organizations

⑧If the budget reaches the upper limit, the campaign will end.

10. Cancellation of subsidy

If the application content is found to be false or fraudulent, and the application content does not meet the basic requirements in 6 (if it has been discounted, a refund will be requested)
