Showa Kinen Park's Flower Festival 2026

Tokyo's Showa Kinen Park hosts its Flower Festival 2026 from March 20 to May 24. Over these two months, the landscape constantly evolves as different flowers bloom in waves, ensuring there is always something spectacular to see.

The season kicks off with vibrant rape blossoms, expected to reach their peak from late February through mid-April.
Following closely in late March, approximately 1,500 cherry trees will come into full bloom, centered around the Sakura Garden and Former Sakura Garden areas.
From early to mid-April, the Stream Plaza transforms as 260 varieties of tulips paint the landscape in a riot of color.
From mid-April onward, a stunning spectacle of 200,000 stock (Matthiola), nemophila, and other seasonal blooms takes center stage.
For the festival’s grand finale in May, visitors can wander through breathtaking fields of bright red Iceland poppies.
