The large natural hot spring bath can be used from 15:00 to about 10:00. So even if you arrive at the hotel late due to work or sightseeing, you can still take a dip in the bath.
After soaking in the bath, it's a good idea to spend some relaxing time in the lounge (Yu agari dokoro) with its collection of 1,000 manga comic books.
