GTN 5G Prepaid
The GTN 5G Prepaid is a prepaid SIM card that includes voice call service, offering access to the 5G high-speed network and unlimited domestic calls (without any time limits) for either 30 or 90 days. Given the nationwide coverage of the 5G network in Japan, this plan is perfect for those who require a reliable and fast internet connection, whether it be for short-term study, temporary visits back to Japan, or business purposes.

*The internet connection speed will be reduced (to a maximum of 300 Kbps) once the data limit is reached.
*Internet connectivity is available through 5G or LTE networks; however, the actual quality of service may differ based on the geographical location and time of day.
*The data capacity for the 90-day plan indicates the maximum amount of data you can use each month. Data usage resets at the start of each month. Users cannot roll unused data over to the following month.
*Unlimited calling applies to the majority of domestic calls within Japan, making them free of charge. However, for specific numbers, such as 0570 Navi Dial, a fee of 27.5 yen per 30 seconds (including tax) will be incurred. International call rates vary by country.
*The monthly limit for domestic and international calls is 5,000 yen. Once this cap has been exceeded, without prior notifications, users will only be able to receive calls or messages (unable to make calls, send messages or access the internet) for the remainder of the month.
*For SMS messages, there will be an additional charge of 3.3 yen (including tax) for each message sent within Japan and 100 yen (excluding tax) for each message sent to international numbers.

Precautions for Using Portable Wi-Fi
- In order to rent, you will need to register your credit card information or pay 10,000 yen in cash as security deposit.
- The device must be returned by the end of the return date during the business hours of the GTN Haneda Airport Garden Store or by 12:00 PM the following day. If the device is returned after 12:00 PM on the day following the return deadline, a late fee of 550 yen per day will be charged. If you're returning the device by mail, it needs to be dropped in the mailbox by 12:00 PM on the return day.
- For those unable to return the device at the GTN Haneda Airport Garden Store, there is an additional postal return fee of 550 yen. We will provide a Letter Pack Light for the return. (*This option is limited to customers who have registered their credit card information)
- If the equipment is not returned within 3 days after the scheduled end of use and without prior notification, it will be considered a purchase, and a fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
