Gracery Shinjuku Hotel, known for its iconic Godzilla Head, has delighted guests since 2015 with its themed rooms. Celebrate its 10th anniversary with the brand new Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah room, launching for reservations starting April 24, 2025!
The Gracery Shinjuku Hotel launched the world's first Godzilla View Room featuring a life-sized art piece of the Godzilla Head in 2015, along with the highly realistic Godzilla Room.
In December 2023, the top floor (30th floor) underwent renovation to create the Godzilla Floor, and in July 2025, to celebrate its 10th anniversary, a highly anticipated new room, the Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah Room, will be launched on the same floor.
The concept for the newly renovated guest room is Tokusatsu Studio, inspired by the Heisei-era film series Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, which was released in 1991.
Supervised by Toho and produced by Toho's visual arts team, the room presents a dreamlike space reminiscent of film production, where guests can feel the cinematic atmosphere as soon as they enter.
Guests can move chairs that mimic a movie set and immerse themselves in a film-like scenario through lighting and sound effects. The room features a new 1/50 scale model of Godzilla and King Ghidorah, specially created for this room.
Even the bathroom and toilet faithfully recreate the world of the film. Shinjuku, where the Gracery Shinjuku Hotel is located, is the stage for the classic final showdown in the movie.
