15:00 Check-in
Upon arriving at Ureshino Yadoya, you can take off your shoes at the entrance to make your stay more relaxing. Check-in is completed on the way to your room, not at the front desk, so you can start your stay feeling relaxed.
15:15 Welcome toast with sparkling wine
The first thing you'll see when you enter your room is a welcome glass of sparkling wine, a special fruit platter prepared by the chef, and some appetizers.
There is also a refrigerator stocked with plenty of drinks, all of which are free for you to enjoy.
First of all, why not soothe your tired body from your travels with a drink and a light snack?
16:00 Tea ceremony experience
At Ureshino Yadoya, we invite tea farmers from Ureshino to act as exclusive tea masters and offer an experience called a tea ceremony, where guests can enjoy "authentic Ureshino tea."
The tea ceremony room on the first floor of the main building, "Ureshino Chakai Jutoku," was named after the ten virtues that can be gained by drinking tea.
16:30 In-room hot spring, sauna, and outdoor bathing
In the Luxury Suite rooms, you will find not only a semi-open-air hot spring bath, but also a private self-louver sauna using tea aromas. You can also step out into the garden from the bathroom to enjoy an open-air bath.
People enjoy bathing in different ways, such as by repeatedly bathing in the hot spring → sauna → cold bath → open-air bath → hot spring, or by spending their time however they like.
There is also a waterproof Bluetooth speaker that can be used in the bathroom, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious stay.
19:00 Dinner: Charcoal grilled counter banquet
For dinner, enjoy a kaiseki banquet meal at the charcoal grill counter at Sumibi Yoshimura, located inside the Oritsumi restaurant on the second floor of the main building.
Your chef will prepare the food using the bountiful ingredients from within an 88 km radius, which have been lovingly grown by producers. Choose from seasonal ingredients that change daily, and enjoy your favorite dishes to your heart's content, according to your mood that day.
21:30 Bar Chatsubo
At the entrance to the annex, there is the "Bar Chatsubo" where you can enjoy original cocktails made with Ureshino Yadoya tea, exclusive to the establishment.
Guests with the all-inclusive plan can enjoy complimentary original cocktails. The space, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the water garden, is decorated with building materials and fixtures originally used in the villa of the Omura clan, creating a stately atmosphere.
*Some menu items are available for an additional fee even for guests with all-inclusive plans.
23:00 Go to bed
At Ureshino Yadoya, all rooms are equipped with airweave mattresses and pillows.
The mattress is a hotel model, and the air fiber inside is softer than commercially available mattresses, allowing you to sleep comfortably.
6:30 Relax in the open-air bath and sauna in the morning
The open-air bath and sauna on the first floor of the main building is open from 6am.
Enjoying the fresh morning air while bathing in an open-air bath offers a different kind of enjoyment than bathing in your room.
There are two types of saunas that are very relaxing: a dry sauna with a tea incense burner that gives off a faint tea scent, and an auto-loyly sauna that automatically emits tea aroma at 00 and 30 minutes past the hour.
After your bath or sauna, you can enjoy complimentary ice cream bars from Takeshita Confectionery in Kanzaki City, Saga Prefecture.
8:00 Breakfast in a private dining room
For breakfast, we offer a set menu perfect for waking up in the morning, including Ureshino Yadoya soybeans from Saga Prefecture, and a fresh, locally grown raw vegetable salad.
Guests staying at the annex will be provided with a private room in the restaurant where they can dine, allowing them to enjoy their breakfast at their own leisure.
For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese or Western cuisine (we will ask you which one you would like when you check in).
9:00 Shopping at the shop
Please come and purchase some mementos of your trip from the well-stocked shop, including the tea and sweets you enjoyed at the tea ceremony the day before, the tea you enjoyed throughout the hotel and in the restaurants, the original Ureshino Yadoya goods you used in your room, and sweets and miscellaneous goods made using ingredients from within an 88 km radius.
11:00 Check-out
We take a photo in front of the large noren curtain with the Ureshino Yadoya logo on it at the entrance, and then depart, enjoying the lingering aroma of Ureshino tea and Ureshino hot springs.
Our staff will see you off, wishing you a safe journey.
Ureshino Yadoya aims to be a hot spring inn where you can harmonize your mind and body with tea and hot springs. Ureshino tea is Ureshino's greatest specialty. You can fully experience the charm of Ureshino tea by watching the tea that the tea farmers make themselves every day. And Ureshino Onsen, one of Japan's three major hot springs for beautiful skin. All 36 rooms are equipped with ``100% natural hot spring water''. The large public bath has a tea-aroma louryu sauna, where you can tone your body to your heart's content. We will offer a variety of plans as a hot spring inn that fully utilizes the local values of Saga, such as its food, crafts, and climate, with Ureshino at its core.
