E-bike sharing program contents

Yame city has a e-bike sharing program that serves by the three cities of Yame, Chikugo and Yanagawa in Fukuoka prefecture. You can now cycle around Yame city and travel from Yame city to Chikugo city or Yanagawa city.

You need to install COGICOGI application software. A e-bike sharing program  is available 24 hours a day. Five ports or parking lots in three cities can be  available for rent and return of a e-bike. A e-bike is electric  power-assisted bicycle and can be used for a long-run cycling as well as  for uphill cycling. Enjoy Chikugo area, where there are a lot of  sightseeing spots to go, using a e-bike.

Let's try using the e-bike "COGICOGI"

1. What you need

To use the e-bike sharing program "COGICOGI," you will need the following:

    Mobile phone: Use the COGICOGI app. Internet communication service, Bluetooth and GPS functions are also required.
    Credit card: Payment can only be made by credit card

2. Fee for use

800 JPY for 3 hours, 1,200 JPY for 6 hours and 1,500 JPY for 9 hours (as of March, 2025)

*Extension fee: 300 JPY per hour

*Payment is by credit card only through the dedicated app. Cash payment is not accepted.

*Helmets can be rented (rental and return at Yame Tourist Information Center port only).
