Hidden tradition and playful design

The curtain and shoebox at the entrance to the hot spring have a design unique to Inuyama. If you look closely, you will see that the hot spring logo on the curtain features "sweetfish," a symbol of Inuyama, and a water ripple. Additionally, the designed which is currently used as the city emblem of Inuyama City, but it is said that it was originated from its use by Naruse, the lord of Inuyama Castle and former head of Inuyama. The original design, which combines a Japanese style with modern charm is one of a kind. It is a carefully crafted designed that you should definitely take a look at before entering the onsen. 

Outdoor Onsen 

The outdoor onsen surrounded by a beautiful bamboo forest offers gentle healing while feeling the breath of nature. While soaking in the onsen, you can hear the chirps of birds and the rustling and scent of bamboo fills the air, relaxing your mind and body.

Sauna

The natural hot spring "Hakutei no Yu" also offers a sauna. The temperature is low for a dry sauna, at 90°C, so it is not too hot or stuffy. Feel the warmth of the cypress on your skin and soothe your tired body, giving you a sense of "restoration." 

Amenities

At Hakuteino Yu, towels and amenities are provided at the changing room, so you can come empty-handed. You can also check the onsen' occupancy status on the TV in your room. Forget the fatigue of everyday life, soak in the soothing onsen and enjoy a relaxing time.
