Information on the official Mercedes-Benz car rental service, with car delivery and return to your hotel

Vehicle dispatch and key collection will be handled by Mercedes-Benz Kobe Chuo, an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, so you can use a car with peace of mind and confidence.

We offer a course menu with plenty of seasonal vegetables and hearty main dishes that will allow you to fully enjoy the BBQ. With the premium plan, you can also enjoy champagne and other alcoholic drinks to your heart's content.

*The service will start on Monday, August 19, 2024.

*This service is exclusive to guests staying at the hotel. It is not available to guests who only use the restaurant or banquet hall. *When making a reservation, please be sure to write the date of your stay, the name of the person who made the reservation (representative name), and phone number in the "Request for Purchaser" section.

*Mercedes-Benz Kobe Chuo is closed every Wednesday, the second Tuesday of every month, and during certain periods (August 11th to August 16th, December 29th to January 4th), so reservations cannot be made on these days.

*International driver's licenses cannot be used.

*If you rent a car for one night or more, an additional parking fee (1,800 yen per car per night) will be charged.

*When renting or returning a vehicle, our staff will contact you at the phone number you entered when making the reservation.
