Make your own delicious plum wine using large, high-quality Nanko plums selected by a local Wakayama plum wine maker. After the experience, you can take it home as it is, and enjoy watching the changes in your plum wine over the six months it takes to complete. Take home a unique Wakayama memory along with your plum wine or plum syrup.

Because frozen plums are used, this experience is available all year round. In June, when plums are in season, fresh plums are sometimes used, but please note that this is a limited time offer and the dates vary from year to year.
