How to Purchase
There are two ways to purchase the GTN Prepaid DATA eSIM: online or in-store.
Online Purchase
Simply visit the GTN Mobile application page enter the required information, and complete your payment by credit card. Once processed, you’ll receive the details of your Prepaid DATA eSIM by email.
*A credit card is required for payment.
*Activation may take approximately 15 minutes.
In-Store Purchases

Compatible Devices
The eSIM can be used on SIM-free devices with eSIM capability or on devices that have been unlocked from a carrier.
*For iPhone devices, iPhone XR or newer models supporting iOS 12.1 or later are required.
*iPhones and iPads from China, Hong Kong, and Macau are not supported.
*Apple Watch is not compatible.
*The compatibility of Android devices has not been confirmed, so we cannot guarantee their functionality with our eSIM.
Important Notes for Purchase
- Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- QR codes can only be used once.
Please install the profile on the device you intend to use.
Once installed, it cannot be transferred to another device.
eSIM cannot be reissued. Do not delete the installed profile unless it is no longer needed.
- To activate, please scan the QR code and download the profile from your device’s settings (rather than using the camera app) while connected to Wi-Fi.
