Compatible models
The devices that can be used are SIM-free devices with eSIM functionality or SIM-unlocked devices .
*If you are using an iPhone device, the device must be iPhone XR or later and be compatible with iOS 12.1 or later.
*Not compatible with China, Hong Kong, and Macau versions of iPhone/iPad.
*Apple Watch is not available.
*We have not tested the app on Android devices, so we cannot guarantee that it will work.
Important points to note when purchasing
- Returns and exchanges are not possible after purchase.
- The QR code can only be used once.
Please install the profile on the device you want to use.
Once a profile has been installed, it cannot be used on another device.
eSIMs cannot be reissued, so after you install a profile, do not delete it unless you no longer need it.
- When in a communication environment (Wi-Fi), scan the QR code and download the profile from the device's "Settings" instead of the camera app.
