The trip begins at Mount Koya. Founded by Kobo Daishi (Kukai) in 819 AD, this sacred town of Shingon Buddhism has maintained its sacred atmosphere while incorporating modern facilities. The quiet environment and sophisticated comfort of the light where we stayed provide a comfortable lodging experience.
Here you can take part in a variety of moving religious services. During the Ajikan meditation, a form of meditation unique to Shingon Buddhism, you can calm your mind in silence and contemplate yourself while listening to an English guide.

Meals are vegetarian, with colorful vegetable tempura, mushroom hotpot, and other inventive dishes served on the platter. The view from the Koyasan cable car is a fitting introduction to this spiritual place.

Don't miss the morning service and the goma ritual, which is held in the light of candles, where monks offer prayers and the flames, said to have purifying powers, burn high in the air.

Arrival at accommodation

This hotel is attached to a vast golf course and is located on a hill overlooking the Seto Naikai.
Another attraction is that you can use some of the facilities of the members-only hotel located on the same premises. You can enjoy spa and beauty treatments at the separate Aroma House.

The Uzushio Cruise is a sightseeing boat cruise that sails through the Naruto Strait in Tokushima Prefecture and allows you to see the world-famous Naruto Whirlpools up close. The largest whirlpools can be seen during the spring tide, allowing you to experience this powerful natural wonder. During the cruise, you can also enjoy the beautiful ocean scenery and the Naruto Bridge, making it a popular activity for tourists.

We serve delicious food, mainly using fish raised in the whirlpools.
We have a counter, private rooms, and a banquet hall. Popular dishes include seared fatty tuna collar, dancing prawn sushi, and conger eel nigiri.
