What is Multi-Ecube?

Multi-Ecube accepts cashless payments (IC cards, QR payments, credit cards) .
While many lockers only accept cash or transportation IC cards, you can also use QR codes and credit cards.

2. One device with four functions! Packed with convenient services

Multi-Ecube is a convenient multi-function locker that can be used for four functions (deposit, reservation, shipping, and receiving) in one unit .
For example, with conventional lockers, you have to search for an available locker locally and leave your luggage there, but with Multi-Ecube, you can reserve an available locker in advance through the dedicated Multi-Ecube website.In addition to leaving your luggage in a locker, you can also have it delivered to your hotel or a designated location.

Here are some frequently asked questions regarding Multi-Ecube's deposit service (no reservation required).

Q1. Why is the door of the Multi-Ecube always closed?

In order to provide services that allow users to not only "deposit" luggage in a conventional coin locker, but also "reserve" the use of the Multi-Ecube, and "send" and "receive" luggage, the doors of the Multi-Ecube are kept closed at all times. Lockers that are always unlocked pose a risk of illegal dumping of luggage and garbage, making it difficult to use safely from a hygiene standpoint. Lockers are also kept closed at all times from the perspective of anti-terrorism measures.

Q2. Can I retrieve my luggage multiple times?

You cannot retrieve your luggage. You can only deposit and retrieve your luggage once per use . Once you retrieve your luggage, your use is over and you will not be able to retrieve it again.

However, when checking in your baggage, you can reload your baggage within 15 minutes of the initial deposit . To do this, click the "Reopen Door" button in the top right corner of the screen.

Q4.I would like to increase the size of my locker after making payment. Is this possible?

If you are using a deposit service (without a reservation), you can increase the size if it is within 15 minutes of the initial deposit and there is a larger box available in your locker than the one you initially selected. To do this, click the "Upsize" button in the top right corner of the screen.
