Pop Mart Japan is holding a Christmas event called "UNBOX JOY" at Tokyo's SHIBUYA CAST complex from December 17 to December 25, 2025.
With the warm message "You are more important to me than anything," visitors can enjoy a magical Christmas experience across two spaces: an outdoor garden area and an indoor shop area.

1. Holiday Garden: Meet the Labubu Characters

・Shop Area: 11:00 – 21:00
*On the first day (12/17), the venue will open from 12:00 only.
Admission Fees and Notes
Admission is free, but entry to the indoor "Shop Area" will be restricted to ease congestion.
- Dec 17 (Wed)–19 (Fri): Pre-registration by lottery only (apply via the official LINE)
- Dec 20 (Sat)–25 (Thu): General admission (lineup begins at 10:30)
*The Holiday Garden requires no reservation and is open for anyone to drop by.

Access: How to Get to SHIBUYA CAST from Shibuya Station
The venue, SHIBUYA CAST, is a mixed-use complex located along Meiji-dori Avenue.

Access
About a 1-minute walk from Shibuya Station underground exit (Exit B1).
If coming from street level, exit via the Hachiko ticket gate and walk straight along Meiji-dori Street toward Harajuku. Look for the plaza with stairs on your right just past Miyashita Park.
About a 7-minute walk from JR Shibuya Station and within about 10 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Omotesando Station, it’s a convenient spot to drop by while shopping.
