BTS launches their biggest-ever world tour, returning to Japan after 7 years with Tokyo Dome shows in April 2026 featuring a 360° stage that brings ARMY closer.
BTS’s Biggest World Tour (2026–27): Back at Tokyo Dome After 7 Years
BTS has announced that they will hold their largest-ever world tour, BTS WORLD TOUR, between 2026 and 2027. This tour is their first large-scale world tour in about four years since BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE concluded in Las Vegas in 2022.
The Japan shows mark their return roughly seven years after BTS WORLD TOUR ‘LOVE YOURSELF : SPEAK YOURSELF’ – JAPAN EDITION, which took place in July 2019. The tour is currently planned to include 79 performances across 34 cities worldwide — not only the most shows ever for a K‑POP artist on a single tour, but also the largest world tour in BTS’s career to date.
Beginning with the Goyang (Korea) dates on April 9, 11, and 12, the first overseas leg, BTS WORLD TOUR IN JAPAN, will be held at Tokyo Dome on April 17 and 18.

The tour is expected to feature a 360-degree stage to offer audiences a more immersive concert experience. Additionally, according to the announcement, Japan and Middle East dates will be added in 2027, and further expansion of the tour’s scale is highly anticipated.
